Heralded as the first stand-alone community developed by Elias Brothers, Villas of Greenwood Lake sold out in less than two years. Expertly designed to include 134 attached villa residences as well as amenities featuring a clubhouse with swimming pool, pool baths, kitchen and salon, the critical processes of this landmark community -- land development infrastructure, homebuilding and sales/marketing – were overseen and performed by the company.

Working with a master developer, this South Naples, Florida residential community was home to the first construction projects built under the auspices of A.R.M. Development/Elias Brothers, Inc. Comprised solely of attached villa residences, this project was launched with the new construction of 60 homes in the Villas of Crown Pointe and was closely followed with the completion of an additional 34 homes in Royal Villas.
